The Cage of Death is a transparent perspex cylinder lowered into the crocodile tank — visitors inside the cage are surrounded by the massive saltwater crocodiles, separated by just centimetres of transparent plastic.

Largest Crocodile Display
The facility maintains several crocodiles over 5 metres in length — the largest saltwater crocodile in the display weighs over 700 kg and is estimated to be 60 years old, one of the largest in captivity anywhere in the world.

Darwin is Australia's only city to have been bombed in warfare — the 1942 Japanese air raids killed over 240 people and Darwin has never forgotten its wartime history, which is commemorated throughout the city.
